Weyerman special malts and a Germanic water profile create a rich mouthfeel. Mittel Pils is also highly hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh to provide a delicate aroma and flavour with hints of lemon. Elvington Brewery uses it's advanced brewing technology, special water treatment and extensive maturation periods to make only lagers of distinction.
