Established as an idea in 2020, the culmination of years of practice and fine tuning, we set out to produce quality Lager from our home in Elvington. Using a combination of authentic techniques and the latest equipment, we started to make a delicate and timeless clear crisp pilsner.
Current production is from our pilot kit (180 Lts) with the full production brewery being built to start production early 2022.
We brewed our first test batches in the summer of 2021 on our Czech test kit. With the recipes being slowly evolved and our full scale European production brewery on order, we continue to fine tune our beers from our home in Yorkshire.
We’ve developed our style and knowledge over the last 10 years from our wealth of experience within the industry, and have a passion for everything beer related.
Currently available to try in outlets in York and Leeds (Pivni & Tapped Leeds) we continue to increase production levels so that we can showcase our skills to a larger audience.
In November 2021 we achieved one our founding ambitions, to have recognition on the world stage. Not only by winning our category with Mittel Pils but also taking home the trophy for overall best keg lager, at the International Brewing awards.
