Here at Thornborough Cider we make small batches of dry, sparkling cider from locally-sourced apples on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales.
Our cider is hand-pressed in autumn from fresh apples, left to ferment through the Yorkshire winter before being bottled in spring. Unlike most ciders, it is unsulphited, unpasteurised and unfiltered. The end result is a refreshing cider of rare quality that continues to develop its flavour in the bottle.
Sourced, pressed and bottled in North Yorkshire.
