Extra hopped, beautifully bitter and pale golden in colour. The gentle malt with a light caramel sweetness forms a base for lashings of Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe. Hopped in the kettle and whirlpool to create a great balance of bitterness, with luscious tropical stone fruit and citrusy hop aromas.
