There is nothing I love more in terms of “mall cuisine” than gooey-gooey cinnamon rolls, made with a sweet, buttery dough that is swirled with cinnamon and topped with heaps of rich cream cheese frosting. Capturing all that and slamming it in a stout seemed like a good idea.
