We don't want to feed you full of the usual diet of .....our 'passion for beer' and our 'undying love for craft brewing', which of course is true! but instead our love for creating drinkable ales and something a bit different. It has been an unbelievable two years since our launch in 2011. Some may remember our trial batches as far back as 2009 which led to the final three recipes that we started with. We now have twelve (and counting) but the Ale of Leven is still our most popular and first recipe that we launched. We don't claim to be the most trendy, or the most highly hopped or the strongest. What you will get is good quality, traditional, thirst quenching ales with a twist. |
