Created with a promiscuous use of Yeast Strains including the innovative “Philly Sour” & an Experimental Hop variety. Refreshingly drinkable tartness with flavours of gooseberry and some nuttiness from the speciality malts. Enjoy this Jong rood (“young red”) fresh but keep an eye out for the barrel aged oud rood (“old red”) later this year.
