The Flensburg brewery has been offering the highest premium quality since 1888 . Since then, the plop 'has been part of the good tone of taste. Steadfastness and straightforwardness, even when a rough headwind blows, is what distinguishes the North Germans.

We consistently go our own way and even then held on to our characteristic swing top when other breweries switched to the crown cork. That makes us one of the world's most successful providers in the swing top bottle segment today. 
Right up in the north, as a group-free private brewery, we brew our valuable Flensburg beers from Schleswig-Holstein coastal barley, aromatic hops, crystal clear brewing water from the Flensburg glacier spring and unique brewer's yeast.
