Ellers Farm Sloe Gin (SPIRITS)

A special Sloe Gin from our Y-Gin range! We macerated sloe berries for 6 months to create this one-of-a-kind secret gin recipe. A deep, natural colour with a balanced jammy sweetness gives way to complex flavours of piney juniper, cardamom and warning ginger, finishing with luscious notes of plums, raisins, and a moreish acidic tang. Perfectly paired with a glass of fizz or warmed in a hot toddy. Distilled on our farm in North Yorkshire in batches of 500, and always in the most sustainable and ethical way we can.
