Our gin takes inspiration from the warm climate of the Mediterranean, in particular citrus fruits from Italy and French Rosemary.
Rare Bird gin has an initial hit of juniper, with a refreshing citrus flavour, followed by a warming herbal finish.
Ideally served with a light tonic, allowing the complete range of the flavours to emerge, complemented with a slice of grapefruit (for added tang) or blood orange (for added sweetness).
