We love OSB. We have built our brewery tap room from it, and now we've build a beer with it. A Combination of oats, sabro and barley in the mash and whirlpool brings a lovely creamy full mouth feel. Rounded off with peachy citrussy notes from dry hopping with Galaxy & more sabro we've really built something great!
