Bedlam
It's a simple, straightforward approach. We aim to brew the best beer we can, using only the finest, natural ingredients.
We’re now in our brand new brewery on a farm near Brighton. We feel passionately about our environment and embrace our rural location and local community. All the energy required for brewing comes from solar panels, we've planted and harvest our own hops, and we even supply the farmer with all our spent grain and hops for FREE, which he uses to feed their cattle.
Bedlam currently offers 5 different core cask beers in addition to limited edition seasonal ales plus 3 core keg ales and bottle range. We’re proud to have been awarded 4 SIBA GOLD medals at the 2018 SIBA Beer Awards including Overall Cask Beer Champion for the South East for our Phoenix Extra American Pale 3.9%. Vegan versions of our beers are available on request. All beers are brewed using the best hops and grains directly sourced from the UK and in the case of our Harvest Ale "Pilgrim" we only use hops grown by us.
This year we supported the Rainbow Fund in Brighton with 10% of the proceeds from our limited edition Wilde Grapefruit Pale Ale and we’re giving the proceeds from this year’s Brewery Tours to the Sussex MS Centre.
Most importantly, behind the Bedlam it’s always a barrel of fun and we have a fantastic team who are brewing up a storm to bring you some exciting, new stuff. |
