This is our take on a classic English IPA with a modern twist, we have used hop varieties that have been developed in the last 10 years.
A mix of Olicana and Harlequin have been used for bittering, flavouring and aroma with a dry hop addition of Godiva in the fermenter. This produces a refreshing beer with a juicy, fruity finish.
