Cavendish, our signature blonde ale, plays tribute to the House of Cavendish, a family lineage which spans from the 1300s through to the current family at Welbeck. Although slightly stronger than a session beer, the grapefruit zing of Cascade hops balances perfectly with Maris Otter malts to make Cavendish a very quaffable beer.
