Brewed to a traditional recipe using Yorkshire Water and 100% British Malts from high up at our home on Cragg Vale.
An Icon of British brewing this bitter contains crystal and caramel malts for a malty sweetness with a copper glow. Perle hops mildly bitter this brew adding subtle floral and spice notes with mosaic bringing a light citrussy finish.
