For our latest cask collabaration we've teamed up with Rye River from just outside Dublin on a cold IPA which uses our house lager strain and ferments at a lower temprature to produce a crisper Ale. The blending of two New Zealand hops, Rakau & Nelson Sauvin add a unique complexity, with Rakau delivering stone fruit and fig notes and Nelson Sauvin providing a smooth bitterness, with grape and gooseberry aromas.
