Nottingham's finest, Neon Raptor join us for a modern nod to British Brewing heritage with an updated burton pale. Famous for it's water profile we tweaked our own water profile to match that and brewed to an exteremely sessionable 3.8%.
Toffee Notes from a classic malt base are balanced with hedgerow fruit flavours and earthy notes finishing out with a dry and pleasant hoppy bitter finish.
