A collaboration born from serveral chance meetings and countless recipe discussions over pints with Friends. Attic Brew Co have made the Trip North to brew with us in our house on the Hillside.
Expect a soft, full bodied & opaque pale ale, rich in aromas of passionfruit & gooseberry leading into a delicate blend of citrus, peach & strawberry. Intricately balanced with notes of pine & sweetgrass on the finish.
