From a wicked salsa in Cuba, to a smoky cocktail lounge in 1980’s America, our journey through cocktails takes us to one of the oldest forms of cocktails, the sour. Despite sours having a long, rich history, our latest homage, the Amaretto sour, is a far more modern take. This ode to a classic, combines tart morello cherries with bittersweet marzipan notes, before a hefty dose of citrus cuts through to balance out this sweet and sour brew.
