Bright, fresh and tart, Wide Open Space is about as refreshing as it gets. Into a wheaty, kettle soured and cleanly fermented base we added 400L of cucumber juice which dials back the overall acidity leaving a pleasantly tart pucker. Additions of mint brings even more freshness to proceedings. Thirst quenching and surprisingly moreish, this is a summer's day in a glass.
