For this pale ale we have used an abundance of Ekuanot and Sabro hops. Ekuanot adds fruity aromatics of lemon, lime and tropical fruits along with herbal notes. Sabro adds striking coconut character which is complimented by our fruity yeast which gives pleasant stone fruit esters. All this fruity goodness is layered upon a malt bill made with hefty amounts of wheat and oats.
