Metamorph was originally brewed with the Butcher's Hook, a local micropub, for their 5th Birthday. This pale ale is loaded with Amarillo and Citra hops which give a healthy bittering content with sweet orange and grapefruit flavour and aroma. This citrus character is then backed up by light floral notes and a fruity yeast character.
