It’s such a wonderful time of year in the brewery when we receive this year’s latest batch of fresh hops. Even more so when those hops are hand-selected by our talented brew team! All the way from @freestylehops in New Zealand, we have two releases showcasing our hand selected Nelson Sauvin, and Motueka. However You May showcases Nelson Sauvin - expect notes of gooseberry, white wine & passionfruit with a hint of diesel on the backend. Chase The Sky showcases Motueka - expect notes of bright lemon & lime, a real mojito of a beer! We recommend trying both of these beers side by side to really discover each hop’s nuances. Whilst you’re at it, why not try a blend and see how you get on?!
