We jumped the chance to work with the brilliant team at Vault City. In Bakewell, we've decided to brew something rooted in our classic style - a crisp, clear west coast IPA.
We agreed on using the experimental HBC522 from Yakima Chief, which tastes a lot like a classic american 'C' hop, bursting with orange, grapefruit and pine. To compliment this, we've added strata, for its huge layers of vibrant tropical fruit.
