Thirty Five 5% Pale Ale was created with our friends at Castle Rock Brewery. We wanted to create a great example of this classic pale ale style, which has helped to provide a foundation for the entire craft beer scene, and so we filled it with hop varieties that we know and love; Amarillo, Cascade, Centennial and Chinook. These hops bring floral notes with grapefruit and pine and rest on a balanced malt base with hints of caramel.
