Daniel Gordon, a friend of the brewery, has created a searing portrait of the Battle of Orgreave recounted by those who lived through it. It will be debuting at DocFest in Sheffield, and we created this beer to be launched alongside it. It's a traditional mahogany-coloured bitter with caramel notes and a floral undertone, created using all British ingredients. As part of our commitment to social responsibility, £10 from every barrel sold will be donated to CISWO, The Coal Mining Charity. CISWO supports former miners, their dependents, and former coal mining communities across the UK.
