Brewed with our friends at JW Lees, we used a single malt – the iconic Maris Otter – to highlight its fantastic qualities. As an American IPA, this beer's name was also a tribute to Rosa, the most famous otter in the USA, who sadly passed away this year at over 20 years old in the Monterey Bay Aquarium in California. This IPA is packed with Citra, Comet, and Simcoe hops, resulting in a phenomenal bouquet of tropical fruit with an underlying floral bite.
