We’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with the fantastic team at Rivington Brewery before, and it was such a great experience that we couldn’t wait to do it again! This time, they joined us in Bakewell to brew on our Millrace cask kit, creating a beautifully fruity, hazy pale ale. Packed with flavour, it showcases a vibrant mix of top-tier US hops, with Citra and Mosaic taking centre stage. The base of Maris Otter malt, wheat, and oats adds a luxurious, pillowy mouthfeel for a delightful drinking experience.
