5.5% Single Hopped Pale
Quiet Storm is a unique series of single hop showcases. Using some of our favourite hop varieties, the ambition of this project is to really highlight the full spectrum and capability of each individual variety through precise application at different stages of brewing. A descendent of the renowned German noble hop, Hallertau Mittelfrueh, and hailing from Hüll in Bavaria, the Hallertau Tradition variety is a staple ingredient for some of the best beers made in europe. It’s known for being earthy and floral with a touch of nectar fruit and works fantastically as a single hop.
