Katsura trees are known for their distinctive heart shaped leaves which in autumn turn a resplendent shade of red. This provided the inspiration for our collaboration with Five Points, together we have created a Red Ale with a stunning malty character. We decided upon a combination of six different malt types, giving us the warming deep red colour and a rich flavour profile. The hops are a nice mix of American and British creating notes of pine, resin and a touch of grapefruit.
