We loved hosting the team from Lakedown at our brewery in Bakewell and they travelled all the way up from East Sussex to collaborate on this brand-new beer. It’s a West Coast Pale, and the name is a nod to the breathtaking views over this magnificent region of the USA. Brewed with all-American hops, it bursts with waves of grapefruit and a subtle underlying spice. The malt bill adds a sweet undertone for a fantastic balance.
