Port Street Beer House Collaboration
It was great to have the Port Street Beer House team joining us at the brewery to create an amazing new Baltic Porter, the name was inspired by the family of goats living at Thornbridge Hall who we went to visit before brewing. It’s beautifully dark with toffee and toast on the aroma, on the palate there is a complex malty sweetness with a slight roasted undertone. Expect coffee, caramel and hints of blackcurrant
