We had a fantastic day with Chris from Burning Soul at our brewery in Bakewell. We created a recipe together for a brand new IPA, full of hops from America and New Zealand it packs a wallop of flavour in every mouthful; expect papaya and passionfruit on the nose with citrus and floral notes across the palate. When it came to naming a big and bold beer with a Birmingham brewery, Ozzy seemed like the perfect fit, he is the huge mechanical bull right in the heart of New Street Station.
