A crisp and bright, medium hopped Pale. Citra hops add a touch of pithy grapefruit character. Fun fact - Citra was developed in the 90s in the US, it's a hybrid of Hallertau and Tettnanger varieties and historic English hops: Brewer's Gold and East Kent Goldings.
