Derived from Simcoe®, Mosaic® was developed and released by the Hop Breeding Company in 2012. This US hop features an enticing balance of floral, tropical, fruity and earthy flavours. A high alpha acid content makes Mosaic® a great dual-purpose hop but it’s strength lies in its smoothness and distinctive aroma that work particularly well in pale ales and IPAs
