Bursting with BIG tropical energy this 7.2% DDH IPA is brewed in collaboration with Northern Monk. The early additions of Idaho 7 and BRU-1 Spectrum which lay down a base of pineapple and stone fruit. A double dose of dry hopping with Strata and Citra Cyro intensifies the flavours with notes of mango, citrus and passionfruit. August 2025.
