Spotlighting our field to bottle process, we believe that this could be England’s and perhaps even the world’s first field-to-bottle IPA cask matured whisky.

As farmers, brewers and distillers we are in the unique position where we can create whiskies that no one else can, just like this new release. From growing the barley right through to the production of both the beer and whisky we are nurturing and shaping flavour from the very beginning to create something truly delicious and unique.
Following Yorkshire’s first single malt whisky in 2019, there hasn't been a bottling as highly anticipated by the distillery team as this release. We always get excited about a new release, but this one, in particular, is something really very special. A release that takes our field to bottle process another step forward and flavour wise, takes our whisky in a really exciting and different direction.
Light fruity and biscuity with notes of green apple, pear drops, lemon cake and hops.
