Shiny Cowbird

The Shiny Cowbird collection of gins and spirits is the latest addition to the range of high quality alcoholic beverages developed by Chris Bee in over 20 years in the industry.

A founding partner of the award-winning Salamander Brewery, he later sought other challenges, one of which lead to the opening of the popular Fox Bistro in Shipley.

As the Fox went from strength to strength he found himself drawn back to his original passion, brewing, and The Fox now proudly offers a range of ales brewed on-site under the banner of The Beespoke Brewing Co.

In 2017, he and a colleague, John Bowman of Grumpy John’s Cider, maker of award winning ciders, decided to extend these interests and the Shiny Cowbird was hatched.

The aim was to produce an exclusive range of drinks, each with a unique flavour and careful attention to detail.

And all are produced in small batches.

As a result, we feel it’s fair to say that all Shiny Cowbird products are outstanding; the result of a passion and attention to detail that you won’t find in many other places.
