A deliciously decadent, smooth and complex Imperial Belgian Ale. A dry hop combination of 5 contrasting hops, paired with a bill of 4 different malts created a robust, flavourful brown ale, which was then rested for 12 months in second fill, small batch Speyside Whisky Barrels, contributing to a phenomenal toffee, stone and orchard fruit profile to the beer.
