The new brewhouse is inaugurated in 2006. The brewing vessels, fermentation and storage tanks and piping, all made of stainless steel, enable beer specialties to be produced using conventional methods (cold fermentation, long cold storage) under the best possible hygienic conditions. This year the Tannenzäpfle also celebrates its 50th birthday. As a reminder of this, the Gäpfle fountain is inaugurated with the brewhouse.
