A Sureshot collaboration brew for Collabageddon 2023. A complex malt bill of Maris Otter, Munich, Crystal and Cara Red malts, hopped at intervals throughout the boil, with Centennial and Chinook, then Amarillo, Simcoe and Columbus in the in the whirlpool and dry hop to give big tropical fruit, tropical toffee apple and pine in this deeply satisfying autumnal ale with a lovely resinous finish.
