A further development of its English name. When American Pale Ale was created in the USA, the brewers used the locally grown hops, which gave hints of citrus. In addition, in the usual American spirit, abundant amounts of hops were used.

Our interpretation of American Pale Ale has a strong hop character with hints of blood grape, apricot, pine, syrup and herbs. Best served at 10-12 C for hearty home cooking or in the company of friends.
