It’s the end of the year, ain’t it - when it’s the end of the year we go into celebratory mode, and what better way to celebrate the end of another year’s worth of brewing than going in hard with two of your favourite hops bar none? The aptly named Tropical Winter, brings one of the backbones of our brewery for the last six years in Simcoe and pairs it up with a variety we’re absolutely honoured to pretty much have carte blanche with, and is universally loved here at HQ - Nelson Sauvin. The result is a reminder of warmer times to come and a tropical explosion fit for kicking back on a beach with a little parasol. Expect soft peach, apricot and pineapple notes playing off those incredible fresh crushed gooseberry, grape and a hint of pithy bitterness to keep everything in line.
