We're always very shouty here at Polly's about how much we love a good sessionable pale. One thing which has always eluded us as a brewery is a consistent core range of beers, which we have the confidence to brew again and again; hitting that consistency on a regular basis. The VIP Remix is our trial of a core range pale - simple in execution with a two hop lineup in Citra and Mosaic, but super refreshing, and perfect for supping after work. Awesome.
