Featuring a trio of bonafide Polly's favourite hop varietals in Mosaic Spectrum, Idaho 7 and Chinook, this beer bursts with the usual Polly's checklist - tropical, juicy vibes from Mosaic Spectrum and Idaho 7, but balanced out with a pithy citrus bitterness from Chinook.
