Given that the original has now found its way permanently into our output on our Icons range, we wanted to turn some attention to the scrappy elder sibling of our renowned collaboration with our French pals Big Mountain Brewing. With the original being a surefire cult favourite, we wanted to create a beer with everything that made the first version great, but elevated again to the next level. Now that we've been utilising Sabro for well over four years, we feel we're finely tuned to all the quirks and idiosyncrasies of this incredible stateside slammer. A whole host of creamy coconut, pineapple and lime notes join the party here before the original US titan and in-house favourite Simcoe brings citrus, passionfruit and apricot notes a-plenty.
