Every now and again, you’ve got to take a look at your current hop stockholding and work to a very clear and concise game plan. The game plan on Leaf Green? One word – dank. We’ve always been huge fans of the lupulin saturated beers of our stateside pals, and how the intense pot-meets-passionfruit aromas and flavours work in such synergy with one another. With us being so familiar with Mosaic’s intense potency from years and years of working with the varietal, we found its perfect dance partner when we stumbled across Zappa earlier in the year. All those dank, weedy notes are on display here, with just a pinch of Motueka to keep things balanced, with a zippy punch of lemony citrus zest.
