All welcome back the Bouquet! Originally released in March 2020 and unintentionally catching fire as an alternative Mother's day gift for locked down sons and daughters, we saw an opportunity in our brew plans to open back up to this lockdown classic, but tinged with some thoroughly modern Polly's brewing techniques. Clean, balanced, and ultra accessible for a hazy IPA, we've loaded the dry hop on this beer with a hearty helping of Mosaic for new school juicy tangerine, mango and tropical vibes, and pulled everything together with just the slightest bit of Columbus for old school grassiness and pine to finish off. An IPA that has simplicity fully in mind, and a welcome return.
