Phoenix Brewery West Coast IPA (Cask)

A classic Phoenix Brewery recipe that has stood the test of time. This is a strong golden pale coloured beer with a good, sweet malt backbone. Brewed with classic American hops to bring a pleasing crisp bitterness to this well balanced brew. West Coast IPA is our Head Brewer’s personal favourite – describing it as thirst quenching and delicious (if he does say so himself).
