There is local legend that men from Heywood used to have tails – due to holes in the benches of Public Houses. Heywood is now recognised as Monkey Town. Our mild is brewed with proper mild ale malt for a sweet taste. This iconic English beer style is a seasonal favourite. Easy drinking, low bitterness with a lovely malty flavour.
